This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the 65000 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 65000 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 65000 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
65000 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be terminated immediately upon detection.
Account Creation & User Responsibilities
To access the full features of the 65000 platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. All information submitted during registration must be truthful and must not be provided on behalf of another person.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by another party who gains access due to your negligence. You must notify us immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
One Account Per User
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Owning multiple accounts under the same identity is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without prior notice.
Platform Usage Rules
All 65000 platform users are required to comply with the usage rules set out herein. Using the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or service-disrupting purposes is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform without written authorisation
- Sharing your account with others or selling account access to third parties
- Uploading or distributing content that contains malware, viruses, or any malicious code
- Engaging in any form of fraud or manipulation in betting activities
- Circumventing the platform's security systems or access control measures
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing any illegal activities
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account termination and legal action where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 65000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support the most widely used local payment methods in Malaysia, including TNG eWallet, online banking via FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other recognised banking institutions.
Deposit
Deposits made to your 65000 account are final and non-reversible once the transaction is confirmed. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method. Current limit details can be found in your account section or via FAQ us.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are processed in accordance with our identity verification procedures. We reserve the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal request. Processing times vary by method and may take between one to five business days. Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the user account.
Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions credited to your account are subject to separate wagering requirements. Users should review the specific terms of each bonus before accepting it. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until all wagering requirements have been met.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & External Links
Limitation of Liability
The 65000 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any financial losses, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of this platform, including technical disruptions, system failures, or third-party actions beyond our control.
Where our liability is determined by a court, our maximum liability to any user shall be limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and other materials on the 65000 platform are the exclusive property of 65000 or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of this intellectual property without prior written permission from us.
Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. 65000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Termination, Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
65000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or at the request of relevant authorities. Upon account termination, any valid remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that do not meet the applicable requirements) will be returned to the user in accordance with our established procedures.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within seven business days.
Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or through an in-platform notice at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
